Blueberry trifle are made of  or layered by vanilla cake + blueberry + blueberry jem + custard cream cheese & top with whipped cream.. sooo yummy..the creamcheese yg buat these Blueberry trifle so complete! Our 1st Taska yg join utk this programme is Taska Adna di Saujana Damansara.

1st class with Taska Adna was very fun n we enjoy very much. the kids was really creative, really!!! we cannot under estimate them, they were very smart until we cannot imagine! and the best part is, what ever they baking/cooking, it will be 2sets, 1 set for themself to eat during d session, and another 1set they will bring back to impress their parents!! Their 1st lesson is Deco ready cupcakes with strawberry buttercream n sprinkles. wanna see their cute faces.. here some of their pictures taken during the session...

Apa yang sesudah n apa yg sebelum??
Cani alkesahnyee.. tgh dok busy2 deco cake customer yg dah nk dtg ambik ni.. tetiba ada walkin customer yg tya klu nk minta deco cake, igt ke dia nk order last min camtu.. rupa2nye.. dia dah order kat tempat lain, tp bakers tu tak wat seperti yg dikehendaki.. klu nk tukar last min 4petg baru leh siap katanye.. party nye kul 2pm, dia dtg SHCC Cake House dah kul 1pm so dia try la rayu2 kat kami.. ngan rasa kesian, sy pon ambik la order nih.. dari buttercream cake transform jadi fondant cake.. dia kata sambut di Club House, dia takmo buttercream bunga2 cam yg gambar 'sebelum' tu.. so dgn hanya lebih kurg setgh jam kot.. ini je lah hasil yg termampu SHCC beri.. n alhamdulillah customer tu berpuas hati.. maaf ye tak igt nama plak.. sbb xde open order form pon.. tp ingin sy jelaskn disini.. buat masa ini kami tidak ambil sebarang cake utk dideco, hanya cake yg baked di SHCC Cake House sahaja yg akan kami deco. Harap maklum. Sekian terima kasih.
